Law Practice Today - Electronic Discovery
« The Am Law 100 is in. Will smart General Counsels smell an opportunity? | Main | Another Blogger Cited In Court »

The Electronic Discovery issue of the ABA's Law Practice Today web journal is live now.

It features an excellent virtual roundtable on e-discovery and my article on the future of voicemail discovery "Dawn of the UMS Subpoena".

Also, not to be missed and sure to be controversial (at least among legal bloggers), check out this piece in the National Law Journal about the use of weblogs in litigation. (courtesy of the instantly indispensable Blawg Channel)

Agreed - the Blawg Channel is an instant classic. With their all-star cast, I'm sure the B.C. could attract some high-end advertising.

Now that I look at it, the Blawg Channel may be a collection of XML feeds from the participating blawgs. Interesting concept.
